Vijay Mallya claims he is a farmer from Bareilly, asks Yogi Adityanath to waive off his loans
London: Business tycoon Vijay Mallya, currently residing in Lodnon, has claimed that he is actually a small farmer from district Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. He has made this claim after hearing that Yogi Adityanath government is waiving the loans of farmers in the state. Earlier yesterday, Yofi Adityanath government announced that it is waiving off Rs 36,359-crore worth of loans for UP farmers.

Speaking at a party in his mansion, a poor Vijay Mallya said ,”It is good that Yogi Adityanath government is helping out small farmers like me by waiving off their loans. Now I can peacefully return to India and enjoy the IPL matches from the stadium.”
When we asked Vijay Mallya when did he become a farmer, he said ,”What do you mean? I have always been a farmer. I grew Barley, made beer from that barley, and then sold it in the market. I have a farm in Bareilly where we grew all the barley.”
“Yogi Ji is anyway waiving off over 36,000 Crores, my loan is only 9,000 Crores. I am sure he can adjust this small amount somewhere. After all, small farmers like me must be supported by the government. All the banks are harassing me and as a citizen, I must be protected by the government”, Vijay Mallya added.
As per sources, Vijay Mallya has already applied for fresh loans from SBI as he assumes his previous loans are now definitely settled.
